Cancel Order:
You may cancel your order any time before the item ships; once it has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Orders generally need a processing window of 1-5 business days before they are dispatched. After receiving the goods, you can reach out to us for a return or exchange: floralsheshapewear@gmail.com
Return Processes:
1. To return any part of your order, please first email our Customer Service at floralsheshapewear@gmail.com, letting us know which item(s) you wish to return along with the reason.
2. Our Customer Service team will get back to you with solutions and return instructions within 1-2 business days. Once you've received our return instructions, please repackage the item(s) using the original packaging.
3. Drop your package off at your local post office.
4. If your return request is approved, most returns are handled within 5 business days of us receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. As soon as your refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Keep in mind that refunds may take between 5-10 business days to show up in your bank account, depending on the processing times of different financial institutions.
Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to determine whether an item suits you; if you'd like to return or exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not accept an item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any manner.
3. Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
4. We do not accept returned items sent back without a proper return request.
5. Please be aware that items that don't fit because of an incorrect size choice, where you did not contact us to adjust the information before shipment, cannot be treated as a product quality issue and remain the customer's responsibility. We can offer a free size exchange service, though customers must cover the shipping cost of sending the original item back. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the item in the new size. If you're uncertain about sizing, feel free to email or send us a private message for assistance.
6. Please note that the customer bears responsibility for any loss or return of a package caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided when placing an order, along with failing to contact us before delivery.
7. Please make sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We cannot be held responsible for returns of non-floralshe items.
8. If you cancel your order before it ships, and within the cancellation window stated on our website, we will process your refund.
9. For the wellbeing of other customers, opened intimate apparel (such as swimwear, panties, and sexy lingerie) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. If the return is not caused by a product quality issue or a mistake on our part, you are responsible for covering the shipping fees.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address printed on your package. That is not our return address and will delay the processing of your return.
If the return results from the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The exact amount will depend on the courier company you select.
If the issue is on our end, where the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping fee in that case.
